Experience as a Service Advisor Use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Excel, Word. We don’t expect you to know everything, so don’t worry – at this stage, it’s all about having the right attitude. The Assessment Day is held centrally at a lovely hotel in Northampton. All travel expenses will be reimbursed, so please keep any train or bus tickets and any taxi receipts from Northampton station. We look forward to seeing you there! For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy.
