So what do we look for from you? To support the use of ADP Autoline in the business. To support other business systems apart from Autoline To support the use of ADP Autoline in the business to include: use of call logging system to pick up calls, track resolution progress, close calls; liaise with customers to resolve calls; liaise with other IT staff as appropriate to resolve calls. To organise and deliver training for customers in the use of the ADP Autoline system To plan and implement any upgrades as appropriate to the Autoline system To provide support, training and implementation of other business systems as required Attend training courses as required Carry out other duties as required from time to time To ensure the safe working environment for all employees by complying with the statutory legislation and Government Health and Safety Policy. To report immediately any non conformance to the appropriate senior position. The ideal candidate will: Provide adequate, effective and timely Dealer Management system support of Kerridge to the Sales Admin teams and sales staff To liaise with business managers to understand business requirements and transform those to definite configurations To understand business needs of the system and make all possible efforts to transfer this understanding to action and ensure system utilization takes place Full Knowledge of Data & tables structures in the Autoline/Kerridge system including posting tables To be able to support financial users in their functional/MIS/posting table modification requirements and any related technical issues Creation of companies and mappings in the Autoline System. Liaise with customers if any further requirements in the Autoline System. Ability to comprehend problems and analyse needs, and explain complex scenarios with simplicity Able to effectively communicate with a range Executives, Business Managers, and IT team members. Strong knowledge of Autoline Accounts and VSB modules and experienced with its implementation Lead IT projects related to Autoline in a cross functional team environment ensuring objectives are met and preparing all necessary documentations as per Security & Compliance Guide & advise the customer in terms of best practice operational processes and systems usage Perform system integration testing to ensure the solution delivers what's expected by the client Creation of companies and mappings in the Autoline System. Basic knowledge and the abilities to use UNIX commands to administrate file structure changes. Proactive in terms of business acumen and attempts to provide business with solutions in advance to enhance the business as a whole. Ability to comprehend problems and analyze needs, and explain complex scenarios with simplicity. Train users on the Autoline system whenever it is requested and to activate the train-the-trainer program.
